I developed The Courage Effect as a place for inspiration and empowerment through conversation.
I’m in my happy place when I’m connecting with people. Curiosity energizes me, and I love being surprised by the people I meet . . . discovering their talents, quirks, and uniqueness through the stories they share about the lives they’ve lived.
The stories I’m most inspired by involve wrangling the hard stuff. People talking through the experiences where they’ve grappled mountains, hurdles, or even speed bumps to reach what’s possible on the other side. Whether it’s a professional reinvention, standing up for what we believe in, fighting inequality, or smaller actions like speaking to a stranger – these courageous stories move us into where change happens.
The Courage Effect provides space for these stories. Where we talk about what they've learned through wrangling fear, risk, and uncertainty -- no matter how big (or small) the challenge.
